Customer Service/Sales Associate

Our Customer Service/Sales Associate serves as a principal link between the company and its high value residential and business customers. Your excellent sales abilities and strong interpersonal skills could bring you unlimited opportunity, incredible potential for growth.

Principal accountabilities: 

• Recommend and sell products and services
• Meet/exceed all sales and customer service goals 
• Provide flexible options to customers based on product and service needs
• First level support, Research and follow up with customers on their support issues.
• When needed you will work with Support tech team to find a resolution for all customer issues.

Essential Requirements:

• Hours of operation are 8:00am - 6:00pm central time Monday - Friday. Candidates must be able to work any shift given including holidays, weekends and overtime as required
• Requires high level of customer contact to ensure customer satisfaction
• Ability to multi task while working with various computer applications
• Experience with Sales and internet streaming desired
• Must have high speed internet connection at home as you will be working from your home.

Compensation is on related work experience. This is a part time position.
